I am not a morning person but it’s one of the requirements to attend 3 official eye balls to become a legit Pinoygrapher member so I woke up early one morning to attend a photowalk. This is the first group photowalk I’ve ever attended. We all met at Tanjong Pagar. A lot of people were late including me that it’s almost 9 AM when Sir Arnold did the briefing. Copies of map (photowalk route) that we’re going to take were handed out and some basic camera settings and photography tips were given:
* Use ISO 200. Unless you want some patches of sunlight in your photos drop it to ISO 100.
* Aperture priority 5.6. 7 and 8 is still ok.
* Look for something different that can attract your attention.
There’s nothing extra ordinary along the walk. Anyway, below are some of my shots.
The photowalk ended at China town. The place doesn’t look as lively in the morning. It is crowded as always but some stalls are still close and street lanterns are not yet lighted.
In below photo, I just spent some minutes waiting for the wind to blow in the direction that i want so that I can take photo of the Singapore flag with pigeons included in the frame but it didn’t happen (*sigh).
